Avtar founded Premise Properties in and is responsible for its overall business including the origination and execution of long-term investment strategies and objectives.

During his tenure, Avtar represented clients with particular focus on development and investment properties. Prior to joining Premise Properties, Justin worked in commercial real estate brokerage at Colliers International where he was involved in the analysis, underwriting, and marketing of development land and income producing properties.

Katie joined Premise Properties in February and is responsible for asset management and investment evaluation.

Previously, she worked at Brookfield Property Group in Toronto, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management across various public and private asset classes throughout North America. Before this, she appraised commercial and residential properties at Bentall Kennedy in Toronto and led audit engagements at EY in Vancouver and San Francisco.

Jordan is responsible for all accounting, tax, treasury and finance functions for Premise Properties.
